Our apartments will consist of one and two room flats with a size of 28 to 56m². Our main consideration in the course of the design was to offer ideal home for all age groups independently from their marital status. The interior of the homes can be arranged by the residents according to their own taste and the basic equipment is considerable also: built-in furniture, laminated parquet, multi-lock security door will serve the comfort and security of the residents here. The garage under the building will offer solution for the parking difficulties typical in the City, and from the garage the residents will have direct access to their apartments by elevator.Budapest - one of the nicest capitals of Europe – had a worldwide acknowledged development during the last years. Rehabilitation programs were started in several districts of the town. First the 13th, after 9th district started to have a blooming development and not started the refurbishment of the 8th district also. According to the plans the construction of approx. 5000 new apartments is expected in the 8th district and several old building will be refurbished too. The area can be easily accessed by both car and public transportation. Not far metro line 3 and tram No. 4-6 can be found. The universities, collages can be reached within minutes on foot easily too. The malls, non-stop shops, market halls, post office, pharmacy and small shops provide comfort to the residents of the area.
