Danubio Park is situated in District 13 which has the highest concentration of class A office space and housing. District 13 is Budapests main business and commercial area including the largest shopping mall in central and eastern Europe & has many international retail brands, cinemas, restaurants and bases of large multinationals like KPMG, General Electric, Diageo & Exxon.
Another major boost for the area is that the new Hungarian Whitehall which will house many government ministries will be constructed in the area by 2009 which has further boosted residential investment in District 13.
